National Level Meetings/Events (NEB/NAC/Committees/AGM/ Events)
- To continue as planned unless situation changes
- Offer Teleconference Facilities to reluctant members
- Don’t attend large events organised by others
- Follow current Health Advisory Updates
- Display Covid-19 Health Information Guidance on ICA Website
Federation Level Events
- Draw members and attendees attention to current Health Advisory Guidance
- Make their own decisions with members about meetings and events
- Keep Central Office informed of any special circumstances/development in their area
- Regularly update as conditions develop
- Bring this Contingency plan to the attention of Guilds as appropriate
Guild level Events
- Draw members and attendees attention to current Health Advisory Guidance
- Make their own decisions with members about meetings & events
- Keep their Federation informed of any special circumstances/developments in their area
- Regularly update as conditions develop
- Bring this Contingency Plan to members attention as appropriat
General Health Advisory
- Ensure we have direct information re Covid-19, including symptoms and protective measures on websites and Facebook pages at National & Federation levels, or good links to HSE information
- Advise members to follow advice and look after themselves
- This Contingency Plan will be reviewed daily in light of developments and amended as required by conditions at that time.
An Grianán
An Grianán is open for business as usual currently. However, if you are unwell or have a compromised immune system, please do not attend any pre booked courses.
