A few extra competitions to keep you occupied during Covid 19

A  FEW EXTRA COMPETITIONS TO KEEP YOU OCCUPIED DURING COVID -19

  1.   Federation Brochure

    Design and create an Information Brochure to promote your Federation.  It should be A4 size or smaller. Both sides of the sheet can be used in any format.  Brochure can include non-personal photos, logos, drawings, charts etc. but no personal phone numbers, unless permission has been received, being mindful of GDPR.  Brochure should be colourful, concise, informative and appealing.

Both our sponsors Gem Pack Foods Company and Blackberry Hearing must feature on the brochure.

This can be an individual or a group entry.  A Group can work with WhatsApp, Viber, Messenger and Email. A Monetary Prize will be awarded to the Federation with the winning entry to go towards the publication of the Brochure.

Please send your entry together with your name, address, mobile number and Federation to May Campbell, Doonameran, Kenagh, Longford N39NX24 on or before 31st August 2020 or you can email to maycampbell113@gmail.com   

 2.  Guild Leaflet

   Design and create a double fold information Leaflet for your Guild suitable to give to potential new members that have expressed an interest in joining or who have just joined. Using an A4 page in any format include as much useful and relevant detail as possible about the following categories excluding any personal phone numbers or names:

  • Guild activities
  • Federation details
  • National ICA information
  • An Grianán

The leaflet must include reference to our Sponsors, Blackberry Hearing and Gem Pack Foods Company.

Font type and size can be of your own choosing.  Pictures/illustrations/graphs are allowed.

Monetary prizes will be awarded to the Guild with winning entry.

Please send to National Contest Committee member Angela McKeon, Cloonany, Longford, N39E7F9 by 31st August 2020. Please include your name, address, telephone number, email address, Guild and Federation on a separate sheet of paper and submit with your entry.

3.  Federation/Guild Newsletter

Using an A4 size page design a Newsletter for either your Guild or a September Federation 2020 meeting.  It should be informative, colourful and relevant to that particular time in ICA.  No personal contact names or phone numbers are allowed. Photographs, drawings, word art, charts and graphs or anything that enhances your newsletter should be included.  Newsletter must include reference to our Sponsors, Blackberry Hearing and Gem Pack Foods Company.

Monetary prize will be awarded to the member with the winning entry.

Please send entry to National Contest Committee member Ann Noone, Cloonahard, Longford N39X8Y9 by 31st August 2020. Please include your name, address, telephone number, email address, Guild and Federation on a separate sheet of paper and submit with your entry.

4.   National promotional Brochure for ICA. 

  Design a powerful tri fold National ICA Brochure targeting an audience of women of all ages and nationalities. Reference ICA working to connect, promote, and engage all women.  Include a feature to encourage women to join ICA, the largest Women’s group in Ireland.

Both our sponsors Gem Pack Foods Company and Blackberry Hearing must feature on the brochure.

Winning entry will be treated to a week-end in An Grianán.
