ICA at European Expert Meeting on Families and Mental Health.

Yesterday, ICA National President, Mary D’Arcy, attended Families Europe‘s Expert Meeting held in Vilnius, Lithuania, organised in collaboration with COFACE Lithuanian member NAMS, on the intersection of work-life balance, mental health, and family care across Europe.

The conference also explored key factors such as gender, socioeconomic status, race, and ethnicity, and how they shape work-life balance.
